The hotel had a perfect location close to everything in the city centre. The room was big and cozy, with a nice bed. The staff was friendly and allowed me to leave my luggage for a few hours before my flight. The temperature in the room was pleasant.

This hotel offered everything I needed during my business trip, and more! The room was very clean and spacious, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and great Wi-Fi connection. The location was ideal, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance, which made my after-work exploration easy and enjoyable.
I did have a couple of minor issues during my stay. the toiletries could have been better equipped in the room, and there was only one roll of toilet paper available.

We stayed in a central location, with the main attractions of the city within walking distance. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was difficult to locate and the entrance was not clearly marked.

The hotel is located in a central spot, close to stores and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and come with cable TV and Wi-Fi. the price is reasonable and won't break the bank.
Finding the hotel is quite difficult, especially at night. the entrance is not clearly marked and the street is not well-lit.

once inside, I was actually surprised to findvery comfy and tidy rooms. The location was also convenient, with attractions like Ala-Too Square and the Frunze Museum nearby. Despite a mix-up regarding my check-out date, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
